"What kind of hair are your wigs made from?"

We are using just the highest quality in the world that money can buy & lasts for years, our wigs are made exclusively from unprocessed raw Russian Slavic hair.

"Do you ship worldwide?"

We are making free express worldwide shipping on our entire website.

"Are the prices on your website in dollars?"

Yes, all our prices in our website are in US dollars and including free express worldwide shipping.

"Do I have to pay customs duty when my wig arrives?"

No, we take care of our customers and do everything for our customers to be satisfied. we indicate a low value at receipt so that way our customers do not pay customs fees.

 

"The wig I wanted sold out when will it be re stocked?"

You can custom order any of our wigs with any length, color, style texture and size u just want!  All you have to do is fill out the form on our website or send us a message.

 

"Are all the wigs on your website ready ready to ship?"

As you can see on our website we have two categories - one of wigs that are ready to be shipped and a one for wigs that are made to order.
our ready to ship wigs will be sent to you within 24 hours after the payment.

"What if i do have thick & long hair - can I still wear a wig on top?"

Absolutely! you would just tuck your hair in a low bun to ponytail and place the wig on top. 

"Can you change the wig style before it ships to me?"

YES!  once you make the payment for the order you will have an option there to write us notes, in case u forgot its ok!!
just send us a message with your order number and we will do it for you :)

 

"How often should my wig be washed?"

Wigs should be washed approximately every 3-4 weeks if worn daily.

Your ARYE wig should always be washed by an experienced stylist who is familiar with the techniques of washing luxury wigs.

 

"Do I need to use glue for my wig?"

Our wigs come styled & ready to wear directly from the box with the most natural pre plucked hairline in the industry without any need for any glue.

  

"What density mean?"

Wig Density is defined as how thick or thin the hair on your lace wig will be.

 

"What RAW hair means?"

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair that is collected from one donor.
It has never been chemically processed or had any heat applied to it.
