"The wig I wanted sold out when will it be restocked?"

You can custom order any of our wigs in your preferred length, color, style, texture, and size. Simply fill out the custom order form on our website or contact us directly.

"Are all the wigs on your website ready ready to ship?"

Our website features two categories: Ready-to-Ship wigs and Made-to-Order wigs.

• Ready-to-Ship wigs are dispatched within 24 hours of payment.
• Made-to-Order wigs are crafted upon request according to your specifications.


"I have thick and long hair. Can I still wear a wig?"

Absolutely! Simply secure your natural hair in a low bun or ponytail, and place the wig on top for a seamless and comfortable fit.
 

"Can I request a style change before my wig is shipped?"

Yes! Once you place your order, you will have the option to leave us a note with specific requests. If you forgot to include a request, no problem—just send us a message with your order number, and we will take care of it.

"How often should my wig be washed?"

If worn daily, your wig should be washed approximately every 3–4 weeks.

Your ARYE wig should always be washed by an experienced stylist who is familiar with the techniques of washing luxury wigs.


"Do I need to use glue to wear my wig?"

No. Our wigs arrive fully styled and ready to wear straight out of the box—without the need for glue.

"What does wig density mean?"

Wig density refers to how thick or thin the hair on the wig appears.

"What is raw hair?"

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair that has been collected from a single donor.
It has never been chemically treated or exposed to heat, maintaining its natural texture and integrity. This is the highest-quality hair available on the world.
